Personal service and Thorough vetting

I've worked with 2-Recruit for many years on a variety of different roles that I've recruited for and couldn't recommend them enough. They are extremely good at finding the perfect candidates and really get to know the business inside and out so they can match on both experience and team fit. Their personal service and thorough vetting service is what makes them stand out from other recruitment agencies.

Though I didn't end up gaining employment through them in the end, I'd like to leave a review to acknowledge the professionalism, honesty and thoughtfulness that I experienced working with Kerry and Gemma. It was honestly a breath of fresh air to find recruiters who actually seem to care. As it's just the two of them, they reply on reputation more than larger firms who's recruiters just want to earn their commission and bounce.

Can't recommend them enough for jobseekers in the Berkshire/Oxfordshire area.

The least I could do is leave a review, there are no words for the amount of help and understanding that these people have. Unlike other companies like them, they actually care. They helped me so much when I was going through some personal things. The support they showed me, is one that I have never experienced. Their strong determination to get you into work, u will not find anywhere else. They actually make you feel listened to... to be honest they deserve the recognition and then some for the way they operate. Best recruitment company ever.

Fabulous Company

Gemma and Kerry provided a fantastic service for me. I have been looking for a role within customer service for a few months now and within a week they put me forward for two different roles in my area. I was successful and start my new job next week.

Would have no problem recommending Gemma & Kerry. I was shown them by a friend who they got him his job and I wasn’t disappointed. From the moment I sent over my details, it was an easy process and the meeting me part made it feel so much more personal rather than the standard recruitment I’ve experienced in the past. Awesome recruitment company! Kerry and Gemma genuinely want to help and are incredibly friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I've had many experiences of ghosting and/or terrible communication with agencies, but this is certainly not one.

If you're in and around the Berkshire/ Hampshire area, I wouldn't bother with any other recruitment company and go straight here!
